Our Moscow banking and finance team advises international and domestic financial institutions and major multinational and Russian corporates on a variety of financial transactions, including secured and unsecured lending and borrowing, debt instruments, acquisition finance, leveraged finance, asset finance, securitisations, project finance, private equity, restructuring and regulatory matters.
We work with banks, other debt providers and underlying corporate and private borrowers to structure and document leveraged buy-outs, public-to-privates, bid financings, investment grade and other acquisition financings. We also provide expertise in structured financing, and have extensive experience in the leasing and project leasing market as well as in the use of securitisation.
