Our Warsaw based energy team is headed by partner Rafal Hajduk who is acknowledged as a leading lawyer in the Polish energy sector. Our experience covers derivatives, project finance, M&A, privatisation, energy trading and energy regulation, as well as regulatory and contractual issues in electricity, gas, emission allowances and oil trading. Renewable energy projects are one of our particular strengths, with our experience including landfill projects and windfarm developments.
