Our Toronto offices are located at 200 Bay Street in the Royal Bank Plaza and at 79 Wellington Street West in the Toronto-Dominion Centre. Both are in the heart of the city’s downtown financial district. Toronto is the third largest North American financial services centre after New York and Chicago. We are one of only two law firms that have a satellite office in the MaRS Discovery District, a major life sciences incubator.

Directions

Our Royal Bank Plaza Toronto office is located at 200 Bay Street in the Royal Bank Plaza, South Tower.  The office is situated between Front Street and Wellington Street.

Our Toronto-Dominion Centre office is located at 79 Wellington Street West in the TD Waterhouse Tower.  The office is situated between York Street and Bay Street on Wellington.

From Pearson International Airport:

• Take 427 south to Gardiner Expressway
• Take Gardiner Expressway east to Bay Street
• Turn left on Wellington Street West for both buildings

From 401/Don Valley Parkway (DVP):

• From either 401 eastbound or westbound, go south on the DVP to the Gardiner Expressway West
• Take the Yonge Street exit
• Go north on Yonge Street to Wellington Street
• Turn left (west) onto Wellington Street West
• Continue west until past Wellington/Bay Street intersection
• Separate underground parking lots are available for both buildings on Wellington Street West. The entrance for both lots is on the south side of Wellington Street West, just west of Bay Street

From GO Train/Subway:

• Get off at Union Station
• Exit towards Bay Street
• Walk north on Bay Street
• For Royal Bank Plaza—Enter building from Front Street or Bay Street
• For Toronto-Dominion Centre—Continue walking north on Bay Street to Wellington Street West, turn left (west) onto Wellington West
